Mood2Action is a mood tracking and wellness application operated by MotionTechnology. This policy explains how the app handles information.
Account information includes your email address, display name, Firebase user ID, and Google account name and email when Google Sign-In is used. Optional social profile information includes a username, Mood Code, avatar, profile photo, friend connections, streak information, mood stories, and reactions.
Mood entries, diary entries, activity history, preferences, and diary media are primarily stored locally on your device. Profile photos and mood story media that you choose to share are stored in Supabase Storage. Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens and notification preferences are processed to deliver notifications. Firebase Crashlytics may process diagnostic and crash information.
Information is used to provide authentication, mood tracking, streaks, social features, notifications, support, security, purchase verification, and app reliability. When you request an AI feature, relevant mood information is sent through a secured Supabase function to Google Gemini to generate the requested suggestion or report. AI output is not medical advice.
We do not sell personal or sensitive mood information and do not use it for advertising, insurance, employment, credit, or unrelated marketing.
Firebase (Google LLC) provides authentication, Firestore, messaging, and crash reporting. Supabase provides media storage, secured server functions, push delivery, and purchase verification. Google Gemini provides requested AI-generated content. Google Play Services provides app distribution and in-app purchasing.
Approved friends can see social profile and streak information and content you intentionally share with them. Service providers process information only to provide app functionality. Data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS, and cloud access is protected by authentication and access rules.
Local information remains until you delete it, clear app data, uninstall the app, or delete your account. Cloud information remains while the account is active. You can delete your account inside the app from Profile > Menu > Delete Account. You can also use the account deletion page. Associated cloud data is deleted as part of the request; limited backup or security records may remain for up to 30 days where necessary.
Mood2Action is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
