Delete your Mood2Action account

Delete in the app (instant)

1. Open Mood2Action and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account, confirm, and re-enter your credentials.

This permanently deletes your account and all associated data: your profile, friends and streaks, mood stories, push-notification token, and cloud-stored media. Mood and diary entries stored on your device are also removed.

Can’t access the app?

Email mood2action.support@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. We will delete your account and data within 30 days.

Delete selected data without deleting your account

You can permanently delete individual data directly in Mood2Action:

• Delete a mood record from its history or calendar entry.
• Delete a diary entry from the diary entry menu.
• Remove your profile photo from your profile settings.

These actions do not delete your Mood2Action account. For help with a specific deletion request, email mood2action.support@gmail.com with the subject Delete selected data.

Data retention

Account deletion is immediate. Residual copies in backups are purged within 30 days.
